Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer with a passion for creating secure, robust applications. In this role, you will work alongside experienced developers, engineers, and security experts to design, develop, and maintain software systems that support critical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their skills and contribute to projects that have a real impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing secure software applications in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define and implement new features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry security standards.

• Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions to learn best practices and improve code quality.

• Troubleshoot and debug software issues under the guidance of senior team members.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in defense and cybersecurity.

• Help prepare technical documentation to support software development processes.

Qualifications:

• We are primarily looking for exceptional individuals, so it doesn't matter if you hold a formal degree or not, as long as you have demonstrated outstanding practical skills in coding. However, if you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree we won't hold it against you.  

• Experience in software development; internships or relevant project experience are a plus. 

• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, or C#). 

• Basic understanding of software development methodologies. 

• Super keen to learn, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
