Peter Pohl

He has held senior positions in large international organizations, including serving as Vice President at IBM and as a Partner at PwC. At IBM, Peter led the Industrial Sector Nordics within IBM Global Business Services, growing its revenue tenfold while managing approximately 1,200 consultants. After being promoted to lead the Industrial Sector Northeast Europe, he helped the key industry practice achieve significant sales growth of more than 20% year over year, employing around 3,600 consultants. As Vice President and leader of Marketing and Sales for IBM IT Consulting and Application Services in Northeast Europe, Peter was responsible for over $2.4 billion in annual sales. Additionally, he has developed deep expertise in defense and cybersecurity through his tenure as Chairman of the Board at Bitsec AB.
André Catry
André Catry is the CTO and Co-founder, widely recognized as one of the foremost experts in cybersecurity and IT. His previous roles include serving as Chief Engineer at Saab and founding the internationally respected security firm Bitsec AB. Bitsec was, among other things, responsible for providing cybersecurity for Nasdaq and other major multinational companies. Additionally, he played a key role in establishing IT Försvarsförbandet (IT Defense Corps) and Nationella Sensorsystem (National Sensor Systems)—which later evolved into TDV, now operated by FRA—as well as other Swedish security systems. He also co-founded CR Group Nordic AB, which owns prominent companies such as Tutus and West-code.
