Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the hi-tech sector. In this role, you will oversee complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet strict quality, security, and compliance standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, engineers, and defense experts, and serve as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders and project teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and manage timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and opportunities.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.

• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, resolving conflicts, and motivating team members to achieve project goals.

• Compliance & Security: Ensure all project activities comply with industry regulations and defense standards, maintaining the highest levels of data security and integrity.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and post-project analyses to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. If you don't hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, we welcome exceptional candidates who have demonstrated equivalent practical skills.

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the defense, aerospace, or hi-tech industries.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects within stringent regulatory environments.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methodologies.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Strong understanding of systems architecture and design, along with proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, or C#).

• Security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required.
